Shipping within the UK only

Postage and packing will be added at the checkout. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and will require a signature upon delivery. Royal Mail offer up to £50 compensation should your order not arrive. If your purchase totals more than £50.00 you should select ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ at the checkout. You will receive an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched.

Please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to choose the appropriate delivery option and to provide the correct delivery address. I cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items if the incorrect postage rate was selected or an incorrect delivery address was provided. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification and tracking details if available.

Returns

If you change your mind about an item, I am happy to accept the return of your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Your purchase(s) must be returned within 14 days of notice of cancellation in the original packaging, unopened and unworn and in perfect condition and the customer is responsible for this cost. Please include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt email with your return.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, or on custom made orders.

Faulty or damaged items

If you return an item which is faulty and/or damaged, I will also refund your postage charges if the product is found to be faulty or damaged once it is returned.

Please ensure that you pack any items for return carefully to ensure that they are protected and don't get damaged in transit. I cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in the post. I recommend that you return your parcel using a tracked service. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
