Floral Spring Purple Patchwork Shawl Pin
This circular disc and matching bamboo pin feature an intricate collection of matte and pearlescent purple, mauve, pink and green polymer clay tiles laid in a delicate mosaic pattern. With faux wood style accents, this shawl pin is a unique and eye-catching must-have accessory for securing your favorite knitwear.
The back of this pin is a lightly textured, pearlescent lilac pink and the disc is stamped with my makers mark.
My polymer clay shawl pins are ideal for fastening a woolly wrap, securing a waterfall cardigan, pinning a knitted scarf in place or embellishing a beanie. Suitable for any garment with a loose knit or weave, they can also be worn as a piece of contemporary jewellery. Even a silk scarf can be pushed through the disc and the pin passed behind it. Due to the diameter of the bamboo, I don’t advise using them with a fine machine knit or woven fabric.
