Mokume Gane
'Mokume Gane' is a Japanese term which refers to layering metals to achieve a wood grain effect. We will explore the technique by combining thin sheets of your favourite polymer clay colours. Once we've stacked the shades, we'll impress the clay with an intricate pattern and, using finely cut layers, create a set of 3D beads.
Once refined and cured, we will sand and string them to make a stunning, statement necklace and matching earrings.
