Polymer clay is a fascinating medium with which to use a range of metallic foils as the effects that can be achieved are seemingly endless. On this course, you'll learn how to prepare your clay and apply imitation gold, silver or copper leaf to a clay sheet. We will enhance the effects of the foil by adding alcohol inks - the patterns and effects you can create are simply beautiful!
Everyone will design their own necklace and make a selection of one-of-a-kind ‘flat’ beads. Once these have been cured, you'll sand and polish your favourites to string. You’ll take home a gorgeous finished necklace and earring set, along with any spare pieces we may have made along the way!
