Polymer clay is a fascinating medium with which to use a range of metallic foils as the effects that can be achieved are seemingly endless and beautiful. On this course, you'll learn how to prepare your clay and apply imitation gold, silver or copper leaf. We’ll enhance the effects of the foil by adding alcohol inks - the patterns and effects you can create are amazing!
You’ll design your own necklace, creating a set of one-of-a-kind ‘flat’ beads using your foiled sheet. Once your beads have been refined and cured, you'll sand and polish your favourites. You’ll take home a gorgeous finished necklace and earring set, along with any spare pieces we may have made along the way!
